It's Time For Some Self-Reflection

This is a space for you to focus on various topics we tend to push aside, but have the biggest impact on creating a more positive world view.  

We encourage you to find a quiet place to reflect on these topics such as gratitude, relationships, happiness & joy, intentions, and more. 

Here are some helpful tips to get started: 

  • To record your answers, grab a pen or pencil, a fun-colored crayon, or even pull up a note on your phone. 
  • Find your space! Whether that’s getting comfy on the couch, or taking those extra few minutes in the car before going into your job, grocery store, or home after a long day. 
  • Write (or draw) whatever feels right for you. While these are helpful prompts to get you started, don’t let our questions limit your creativity! 
 

Most importantly, use these prompts as a pleasant way to reflect on your mental health journey.
